Hello! I like to tell you... I am teaching the path to authenticity and the achievement of inner freedom for many years now.
As a passsionate massage therapist for over more than 15 years, I have worked with a lot of people and i am the founder of Relax & Restore massage therapy. I love to work with you so that you can become more balanced and relaxed.
My work as a SoulCoach & Paranormal Healer is there to let you see/feel or experience you inner wisdom again. In holland i organize 1- day retreats, workshops or special healing classes. We love to enjoy together in private sisterhoods, women cirkels, cacao ceremonies & womb healing and meditation circles to become outlined in our heart again. I have trained for about 20 years taichi Quan & Yoga and are comfortable to teach basic qi gong and yoga. My experience come together in our exclusive small group Relax & Restore retreats, I like to welcome you!

Hello! I like to tell you... I love to be at Zakynthos Island to enjoy nature, al the friendly greek people and their great fresh food. For me it feels so authentical to be here, to enjoy and have a great time together. I am at the retreat (mostly at the background ) to support Claudia when she do her massage therapy, meditation and healing work.
My contribution to our Relax & Restsore retreat is to help you relax and have as much comfort if you like during the time you are with us. I will do the airport transport, group transport, support food and drinks and stand by if necesarry when there is a problem, so that everyone can enjoy a comfortable and safe retreat.
I love to be with claudia when she is in her element, when she is doing her special work to guide you to your inner freedom and become more outlined in your heart again. We like to be together and love to relax and have a great time together with everyone in our exclusive small group Relax & Restore retreats, I like to welcome you!

We are an organic farm in the centre ( Kalithea) of Zakynthos. This is where we cultivate a wide range of fruits and vegetables, herbs and flowers.
Our Olive Oil was awarded the Gold Standard at the International Society, Olympia Awards and we also produce a selection of wines and the famous black raisins.You are welcome to visit our farm, meet the animals and share our passion for local produce.
